Orders are processed in the order they are received. I strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. If the product ordered is out of stock, you will be notified of the delay. If you wish to cancel your order, a refund will be given. Orders will ship via USPSor UPS whichever is quicker. Orders over $50 will ship free and all others will ship flat rate with a $8.50 charge.

If there was an error in your order, please let us know immediately so we can correct the problem. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Opened products are not returnable, unless the product is defective. In that case, we will exchange the product or refund the purchase price. Shipping expenses are not refundable unless the error was ours.
